The Concord Municipal Light Plant board met May 13 to approve minutes and leadership changes, hear director updates on school solar and bus electrification grants, review the first bills from a new time-of-day rate rollout, and discuss a proposed vehicle-to-grid pilot tariff for a school bus battery. The board appointed Chris to the audit committee and elected a new chair and clerk; the V2G tariff will return for a vote next month.
