The Carrolton Village Council met Dec. 22, 2025, and approved a subdivision of the former school property into eight lots, adopted temporary January appropriations and an amendment to 2025 appropriations as emergency measures, approved hiring for the fire department, and heard public comments about crosswalk safety and property maintenance.
