At its April 27, 2026 regular meeting, the Carrolton Village Council approved routine motions (excusing an absent member, minutes and bills) and Mayor William J. Stoneman gave the first reading by title of O#2026-10, an ordinance to impose a moratorium on data centers; no vote on the ordinance was recorded.
