At its April 13, 2026 regular meeting the Carrolton Village Council approved emergency ordinances for two energy agreements, a budget amendment, a replat, authorized staff to pursue a contract with Ohio Billing for fire-department “soft billing,” approved a moral-claim payment for an employee in a 4-2 vote, and entered executive session on a possible land purchase before reconvening with no action.
