At its Jan. 28, 2026 regular meeting, the Carrolton Village Council voted unanimously to stop adding fluoride to the municipal water, approved three emergency ordinances including custodial and refuse contracts, hired a new firefighter candidate, reviewed a proposed 45-acre land donation and noted a $192,000 sidewalk design grant application; Village Administrator Mark Wells announced his retirement.
