A City Council committee heard presentations and debated resolutions on city parking and traffic signs, curb cuts and handicap parking, overnight parking access, mattress-dumping enforcement and recycling, and agreements with the state to repair two bridges. Several items were continued for staff updates; the council approved a bridge agreement and a mattress-related resolution.
