The Butte-Silver Bow Study Commission met May 11 to refine proposed charter ballot language. Commissioners voted to submit a structural question about fire services to the Montana Secretary of State for review and approved several charter items (executive and legislative structure, neighborhood councils, reclamation language) while defeating proposals on parks and recreation and some departmental title changes.
