At its April meeting, the Worcester City Community Preservation Committee accepted the FY27 Community Preservation appropriation and set spending limits for the fall funding round; it also approved policy additions to restrict most religious-building funding to exteriors, require tax-status checks for applicants, and keep an emergency funding pathway. A public hearing on the plan is scheduled for May 26.
