The Warrant Advisory Committee reviewed shoreland commercial zoning maps and discussed whether and how to allow primary residential uses (including ADUs) in shoreline commercial parcels, considered conflicts where lots abut SR3 and SR5 zones, and reviewed how state bills LD 1829 and LD 2173 would affect local lot-size, density and height rules. The committee took no formal votes and continued the discussion for a future meeting.
