At its meeting, the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority board approved two consent items: a lease amendment with Achieve Services to add space at the Blaine Human Services Center and an amendment and extension of a property-management contract with Great Lakes Management Company for four senior apartment buildings. Both measures passed unanimously by roll call vote. No other business was reported and the board adjourned.
