At its February meeting, the Warrensburg City Council approved an ordinance clarifying duplex and mixed-multifamily definitions, rezoned three properties (622 and 624 Laurel Street, and 1035 S. Maguire Street), approved a $1,000 Stephenson Fund donation to a local food pantry, and heard multiple staff updates including parks membership, grant and transportation planning, and public-works project updates.
