Amelia County Board of Supervisors met Dec. 18 for routine business: agenda amendments, public comments on local road repairs, updates from VDOT and broadband provider River Street Networks, school system request for a local match to accept a state security grant, budget and audit reports, a sidewalk grant authorization and discussion of tax-billing timing; the board authorized a VDOT-funded sidewalk project and moved into a personnel closed session.
