The Conservation Restriction Committee met to hear a presentation from the Indigenous Landscape Initiative on using prescribed fire for habitat management, voted to add the possible use of controlled burns to the habitat management plan, and reviewed edits and mapping details for the proposed conservation restriction (CR) and related BDR work. Committee members also discussed grant restrictions and next steps for mapping, signage, and public outreach.
