LaSalle County highway board reviewed monthly bills and multiple highway budgets, approved utility permits and a pickup truck purchase, discussed levy increases and capital projects, planned a tire-recycling event, debated mowing frequency and costs, and heard that a flagger injured on a worksite remains in critical condition. Several budget items were forwarded to the finance committee for further review.
