At 6:04 p.m. on July 7, 2026, Chair Matt de Ferranti moved and Vice‑Chair Maureen Coffey seconded a motion to certify the closed meeting. The minutes record the board's certification that "only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements under Chapter 37, Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia" were discussed and that only the matters identified in the convening motion "were heard, discussed or considered by the Board."
