The Select Board agreed to seek a contract wastewater operator after staff said the system permit requires a Grade 1 certified operator and training must precede commissioning. Staff recommended a contract operator who can provide QA/QC, training and limited routine monitoring while the vendor-installed monitoring systems remain in place.
