Selectboard members reviewed a finalized engineering design submitted by Team Engineering and discussed two distinct structural concerns at Town Hall: roof trusses and floor framing. The board agreed additional investigative work is needed: a Phase 3 selective-opening approach to expose targeted areas, assess weight limitations and determine renovation costs.
