Superintendent Hildebrand summarized a change in the library‑township relationship: the library adopted a resolution on Feb. 18, 2026, notifying the township it would no longer reimburse a 1% administrative fee for funds collected and deposited in the library fund. "They have determined that they no longer wish to do that," the superintendent said, and the board moved to adopt a procedure formalizing that arrangement.
