Superintendent Hildebrand presented a proposal from Municipal Consulting Services for a wage compensation and classification study, noting the recommended vendor would complete the study in about 90 days for $15,200 — below the $20,000 budgeted amount. "This is completely within budget at $15.02, of the 20,000 that we had budgeted for this study," the superintendent said.
