Under old business the commission scheduled a working meeting to begin drafting storage‑facility language, decided to defer detailed work on kennels until full staff capacity is available and left the data‑center moratorium on the agenda while the planning director pursues staffing. Lynn told the commission the planner position is posted and that staff is coordinating with Geronimo Power on revised landscaping plans for the Bingham solar project, with a targeted submittal on June 22.
