Modena public works adds part-time assistant, reports 1,800 lbs. recycling and flags need for equipment

Public Works introduced new part-time assistant Stephen Rementer at the Aug. 17 meeting and distributed notes reminding residents of a recycling-day change. Council reported the borough collected 1,800 pounds of recycling last week and that the borough's recycling truck is being paid off. Staff said a Kubota remains in for repair and that they need an additional weed whacker.
