The commission approved revisions to the city's zoning fee schedule. Planning consultant Chris Khorey outlined two changes: a tiered site plan review fee structure ($600, $800, $1,000 depending on type) and an increase to rezoning fees. After discussion, Commissioner Eric Hufnagel moved to approve the updated schedule; Commissioner Chris DeLiso seconded. Commissioner Chris Hyzer cast the sole nay; the motion carried.
