Committee anonymizes nomination form and selects Employee of the Quarter
The committee voted to remove nominators' names from the Employee of the Quarter nomination form for anonymity, confirmed a three-person nomination review committee, and completed selection following adjournment.

The Employee Relations Committee agreed to update the Employee of the Quarter nomination form to remove nominators' names so nominations will be anonymous. The committee also outlined the nomination review committee composition: Mark Liebaert, Jennifer Saari and Natasha Schmid. No elections or additional appointments were needed at the meeting.
