The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Advisory Committee of Douglas County voted Sept. 9 to approve proposed amendments to its bylaws and to recommend the changes to the Health and Human Services Board for final approval. Motion by Carol Jones, seconded by Tom Karas, carried as recorded in the meeting minutes.
