Board extends HART CEOcontract by two years

At the board counsel's request, Jeff Gibson presented three options regarding the chief executive officer's contract: reopen negotiations, a one-year extension, or a two-year extension. "Number 1 is the CEO's contract," Gibson said, and he asked the board how it wished to proceed.
