On Oct. 11 the Shueyville City Council approved Resolution 2022‑20, granting preliminary plat approval for the Roeder First Subdivision. The motion was made by Councilmember Becky Neuhaus, seconded by Bart Frisk; roll call recorded ayes from Foss, Frisk and Neuhaus with Chris Lacy and Patty Stephens absent, and the motion carried 3–0.
