At the meeting, a presenter outlined recent procurement activity for a park lighting and illuminated-walking-path project. The request for proposals generated two bids; the low bidder, Midstates Electric of Newcastle LLC (Clint Dailyaly), quoted $70,500 and, after negotiation, reduced the final price to $68,500, which the presenter asked be entered into the minutes.
