Application 2026-05, a $5,000 project to restore the Rev. Emerson gravestone, was approved by the CPC after an amendment requiring historical methods or use of historically qualified contractors was added. Al Patenaude moved the motion; Caroline Ahdab seconded. The amendment and the motion as amended passed on a 5-0 vote.
