The committee approved Application 2026-04, a $17,500 mortar restoration project for the Lawrence Library, and adopted an amendment requiring that the selected contractor be certified in historical restoration and provide references. Al Patenaude moved and Caroline Ahdab seconded the original motion; Robert Cataldo proposed the certification amendment and Al Patenaude seconded it. The amended motion passed on a 5-0 recorded vote.
