The full story

Pepperell's Community Preservation Committee approved Application 2026-03, allocating $59,750 for restoration of the Town Hall front doors. Kathy Pries moved the motion and Caroline Ahdab seconded. Al Patenaude expressed concern that work on these doors could be premature and suggested finishing the Peter Fitz doors first to ensure correct methods; he did not move an amendment. The vote recorded Yes from Cataldo, Pries, Ahdab, Patenaude and No from Leao and Patenaude (note: the table records indicate Leao and Patenaude voted No on the initial table line for this item).
