The Pepperell Community Preservation Committee voted to put 5% of expected Community Preservation Act (CPA) surcharge revenue into the administrative fund for fiscal year 2027, approving an allocation of $13,017. Al Patenaude moved the measure and Kathy Pries seconded; the recorded vote was yes from Chair Robert Cataldo, Kathy Pries, Alan Leao, Caroline Ahdab and Al Patenaude; Robert Rand was absent.
