After completing the public-comment period, the board recessed to an executive session to consider the director candidates. When the meeting returned to the public record the board reported it had not reached a conclusion and scheduled an additional executive session on Thursday, Sept. 15; a short public meeting will follow that session for the board to conduct the vote it anticipates.
