The City Council of Elk Run Heights voted unanimously on Aug. 11 to adopt the city’s Hazard Mitigation Plan, approving Resolution 4311 by roll call (Ayes-5). The council opened a public hearing on the plan at 5:09 p.m.; City Clerk Pittman reported proof of publication and that no public comments were received before the council closed the hearing at 5:10 p.m.
