Lacy described supports for students learning English and said staff are "running a couple of extra groups" for monolingual students to provide more structured instruction beyond regular EL class. She named Miss Hartstein as staff running those groups and said the district is "partnered with the IESD on getting...It's called Imagine Learning," a program that lets students listen and speak English into a microphone to prepare for ELPA exams.
