The proposal showed an upfront implementation cost (including on-site implementation) of about $31,785 and a yearly total cost presented in the meeting of approximately $129,390; staff said the new system would reduce the county's annual telecom/maintenance expenditures compared with current costs (staff cited current spend near $136,000 per year across lines), yielding modest savings.
