The Hamilton County Drainage Board executed a corrected professional services agreement with Banning Engineering for construction‑related services on the J.S. McCarty Drain Reconstruction Phase 2 (Banning). County staff said the version the Board previously signed omitted utility coordination; the revised contract includes that service and was approved unanimously.
