The Surveyor's office reviewed the single bid and found it complete; the engineer's estimate was $1,260,623.80 and the total construction amount previously approved at the hearing (including a 15% contingency) was $1,449,717.37. Dillinger moved to award the contract to Morphey Construction; Altman seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
