The full story
The board adopted the Surveyor's Reconstruction Report for the RJ Craig Drain Relocation Phase I tied to the Fishers Fieldhouse site after a staff presentation. The project includes removing 210 feet of existing RCP, adding 586 feet of 15" RCP and 324 feet of open drain across a proposed detention pond; the detention pond will be considered part of the regulated drain and its routine maintenance (sediment removal, bank repair, mowing, vegetation control) will be the parcel owner's responsibility.
