The Wakefield Conservation Commission voted to issue an enforcement order for 39 Bartlett Street and set a December 31, 2026 deadline for submission of a Notice of Intent (NOI) or site restoration. Commissioners had conducted a site visit and discussed the extent of disturbance; staff recommended an enforcement order requiring an NOI and either completion of permitted work or restoration if the owner does not proceed.
