At its Nov. 10 meeting the Pierce Board of Trustees adopted Resolution 2025-6 to authorize town banking activities. Trustee Geoffery Broughton moved to adopt the resolution; Trustee Glen Lester seconded. A roll call vote was recorded as all AYES and the motion passed.
