The Pierce Board of Trustees on Nov. 10 adopted Ordinance 2025-07 to rezone property identified in the agenda as “KP Squared.” Trustee Geoffery Broughton moved to adopt the ordinance; Trustee Chris VanWhy seconded. A roll call vote was taken and recorded as all AYES, and the ordinance passed.
