During public comment, Leon Moyer urged the commission to display photos of trees under discussion on meeting screens so the public can see tree condition and replacements, and asked whether the city or urban forestry staff proactively look for termite damage to protect canopy. Moyer said in his experience some treatments and protective pitch can aid tree survival.
