Chief John Clark told the board the District had tried testing hose in-house but found it time-consuming and less reliable; a budgeted three-year contract with Fire Catt for annual hose testing was proposed and approved. Sher Voelker moved to approve the contract, Joe Brock seconded, and the motion carried on roll call votes from Voelker, Brock and Arden Lauxman.
