Village Council President R.Clarke moved to approve Resolution 3 of 11; Siepierski seconded and the motion passed with all members voting in favor. "○ Motion was made to Approve Resolution 3 of 11 by R.Clarke and seconded by Siepierski. All Ayes; Motion was unanimously carried." No public commenters addressed the council.
