RMLD reports progress at Station 6 substation; multiple town projects advancing
RMLD engineering staff reported Station 6 construction is progressing—foundations, switchgear assembly and transformer oil containment are complete—and listed multiple customer projects (new apartment buildings, school projects, redevelopment) moving through permitting and construction.

Peter, the engineering and operations presenter, updated the board on Station 6 and other active projects. On Station 6 he said "We've finished the concrete footage and structures and equipment has been completed" and reported completion of transformer oil containment, internal assembly of the 15 kV switchgear, and installation of the 15 kV breakers. He said National Grid is modifying transmission lines with an outage planned in October to place steel structures.
