County road commission representative said a stop/cease-work order was issued to Frontier after repeated unsafe traffic-control practices at multiple local roads; work will not resume until Frontier submits a written safety plan.

During the road commissionpresentation, Doug said he has issued a stop/cease-work order to Frontier after repeated failures to maintain safe traffic control at multiple sites. He cited recent incidents on Price Road, Allister Road and parts of Allwood Road where crews were "not utilizing flag control, not utilizing message board, vehicles parked in the road, vehicles going head on with each other on hills." He said, "I issued a stop, cease work order for Frontier until further notice," and added that the company will not be permitted to resume work until it submits a written plan addressing traffic control and safety.
