Operations Manager Shane Willis reported AV‑Tech's experiment to control the brightness of stop sign lighting was unsuccessful and AV‑Tech is unwilling to modify the existing stop signs. Mr. Willis told the Board that the overall cost for four replacement stop signs was $9,280, or $2,320 per sign, as shown in the Unaudited Financial Statements. The Board chose not to expend funds and directed that the item be removed from future agendas.
