The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on April 28 approved a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 contract with The Clark Construction Group, Inc. to complete four phases of stormwater management work covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV. The amount includes an additional 5% contingency added to address unknowns beyond the contractor’s submitted bid.
