Commissioners accept multiple subdivision dedications, developer bonds and cleaning bids
The board accepted minor subdivision right-of-way dedications for four developments, approved multiple performance and maintenance bonds, released a bond for a Verizon cell tower contractor, and opened bids for county cleaning services for facilities management review.

The board approved several right-of-way dedications and minor subdivision acceptances, including Kendra Minor Subdivision (3605 S. 600 E., 0.221 acres), Ferris Minor Subdivision (totaling 2.29 acres of ROW), Bussey Minor Subdivision (10100 N. Meridian Rd., 0.193 acres) and Kirby Minor Subdivision (1000 W / 1000 N, 0.211 acres). Motions were made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
