Laura Roach, senior manager on the programs team at Equal Justice Works, told the Class of 2026 that the fellowship term is a two‑year commitment defined as the fellow’s start date plus 24 months. “So the fellowship term, as discussed in your agreement, it's a 2 year commitment,” Roach said.
